Refund Policy

About Recharge Refund, recharges on your mobile/dth/money transfer are real time transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the mobile number, dth ,account number and all charges that result from those recharges/purchases. Minkspay is not responsible for any purchase of recharge for an incorrect mobile number, dth and account number. Only incase of DTH recharges service charges are non-refundable and you will get a refund of recharge amount only or Change of Number is permited in situatons of wrong number entered .

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the site, and money has been charged to your account but a recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for reasons like "invalid recharge denomination","service provider unavailable" and/or other technical issues, then you may inform us by sending us an email on support@minkspay.com or contact us on our customer care number (9604209626). Please note that as soon as the transaction fails, money automatically gets added or money reversed into your wallet. You can utilize this amount by recharging. You can mark a mail to us inquiring about the exact reason for failure and we shall investigate the incident and get back to you.
